Job Summary
The District of Columbia Courts offers internships for students interested in seeking valuable experience in court administration. Interns have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to the Court's mission to protect rights and liberties, uphold and interpret the law, and resolve disputes fairly and effectively in the District of Columbia. This Internship is for Fall/Winter 2026
Key Responsibilities
This position is an unpaid internship working with the Communications Team of the Executive Office. This teams mission is to provide effective internal and external communication that best represent the DC Courts. The interns major duties are below: Assist the Multimedia Public Affairs Specialist with developing new social media content and approaches. Assist the Communications Specialist with developing multimedia content for internal stakeholders.
Assist the Communications Program Manager with strategic communications efforts. Assist the Media and Public Relations Manager with media interactions. Position is flexible to focus the duties to meet the interests and goals of the intern.
Requirements & Education
