This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base Facilities and the Major Range and Test Facilities Base Positions to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position serves as the Project manager for all Installation repair projects and various improvement projects administered by the Engineering Resource Management Division (DEW).
Establish internal controls and audit programs for projects to ensure resources are effectively utilized.
