Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following: - Helps the superintendent and craft supervisors complete work by using software maintenance system. - Makes sure work order packages are fully completed. - Enters basic job plans and labor hours for preventive maintenance tasks. - Uses a government purchase card to make micro-purchases and completes all required (Federal Acquisitions Regulations) FAR paperwork.
- Collects, enters, verifies, processes, and files time and attendance records. - Gathers data and prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on generator run hours, outages, starts/stops, and plant availability. - Enters and reviews employee training records.
This vacancy announcement allows substituting education for experience at the GS-05 grade level. You must submit a copy of college transcript(s) (unofficial copy is acceptable) to support claimed education if substituting education for experience. Transcripts must include the name of the college or university and date the degree was conferred. A typed list of courses, grades, semester/quarter hours, GPA, etc. will not be accepted.
