You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the FINANCE DIVISION of NAVY WARFARE DEVELOPMENT CENTER.
Key Responsibilities
You will perform independent financial management analysis supporting all phases of budget formulation, justification, execution, and financial operations for organizational programs and activities.
Requirements & Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE (GS-11): Applicants may substitute the following education for the required experience, provided it demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the work of the position: GS-11: Ph.D.
or equivalent doctoral degree; or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; or L.L.M., if related. COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be used to meet the total qualification requirements.
