Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities at least 25% of the time. Provides advice, assistance, and guidance on budgeting and related information. Performs budget formulation work involving preparation of detailed analysis of annual and/or multi-year budget estimates for assigned organizations/programs into a consolidated budget request. Develops and/or presents budget/financial reports, and conducts briefings to local and higher-level command officials as required. Conducts analyses, reviews, and special studies of budget and/or related information. Leads and/or performs specialized, individual economic analyses and impact studies in support of a variety of budget programs.
