Job Summary
This position is located at Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Associate Commissioner, Debt Servicing and Financial Solutions. As a Financial Performance and Data Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for data collection to include conducting analysis; trending; forecasting; interpretation of data; as well as the reporting of results for information related to the Treasury Franchise Fund's Administrative Business Line.
Key Responsibilities
As a Financial Performance and Data Reporting Lead, you will: Establish, implement, and execute Treasury Franchise Fund's budget, cost, and price methodologies and reports related information timely and accurately to various audiences. Monitor budget, accounting, staffing, driver, and performance data to spot and track trends and identify problems in service offering, customer accounts or individuals.
Lead the Administrative Business Line's internal and external performance measurement development and maintenance process, including establishing data definitions, developing sound measure methodologies, and managing the quality assurance reviews of performance data.
Collaborate with Business Line management to define and document quality assurance standards and to create, develop, and execute day-to-day data quality assurance plans to identify and address data issues, minimize errors, and track performance against data quality assurance standards.
