Job Summary
This position is located in the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Bismarck, North Dakota. The incumbent performs a variety of complex duties and assignments in support of the formulation, allocation, utilization, analysis, and reporting of financial resources necessary to accomplish the mission responsibilities of the state, area and field offices of NRCS. Relocation incentives may be authorized.
Key Responsibilities
Implements the state budget allocation; determines actions necessary to execute budget plans; provides input and recommendations, adjustments to budget plans or reprogramming of funds.
Requirements & Education
