This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as Financial Management Specialist in the Soldier Recovery Unit (SRU) under the general supervision and direction of the Human Resources (HR) Specialist/Adjutant.

Responsible for providing a full range of direct financial resources functional support to Soldiers within the Army Recovery Care Program (ARCP).
