Key Responsibilities
Assists and supports the functional analysis of existing systems, proposed new systems, and proposed upgrades to all aspects of current systems and related subsystems.
Requirements & Education
SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. may be substituted to meet the specialized experience requirement. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
