This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the position: This GS-0501-12 Financial Systems Analyst role supports the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), Headquarters Dept. of the Army (HQDA), and locally developed financial systems.

Coordinate extensively with DFAS, higher headquarters, and functional users on systems implementation, operations, and procedures.
