Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to assist with implementing policies, procedures and guidance regarding the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act and Civil Liberties programs, reviews, and privacy breaches/incidents. Compliance assessment reviews and inspections for programs. Provides training, guidance, and support to installation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serves as a Freedom of Information Act Manager. Provides guidance, assistance, and training to MAJCOM headquarters staff to ensure compliance with DoD/DAF program requirements. 2. Serves as a Privacy Act and Civil Liberties POC and Program Manager. 3. Provides written and oral communication in various forms and forums. Prepares required correspondence and documentation. 4. Serves as Pertinent Oversight Authority for Inspector General Continual Evaluation Program.
