As Food Service Worker, WG-7408, your ty Set trays in tray assembly line. Sets-up cups, utensils, condiments, and hot and cold beverages on trays according to standard practice. Loads and pushes tray cart to designated area. Follows established procedures and standards on in assisting the cook in cooking meals according to the menu and portion sizes. Practices good health responsibilities in the kitchen by using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and sanitation practices. Maintains dish machine, sets-up, operates, breaks-down and cleans dish machine, pot washers, tray conveyors, refrigerators, freezers or other comparable equipment or appliances. Follows standard practices to rotate inventory promoting first-in/first-out issue. Moves covered and stored food for easy access. stores food according to standard practice. Cleans work tables, facilities or bathrooms as scheduled or when assigned.
