Job Summary

**Vacancy offers a $1,000 recruitment incentive for twelve month Service Agreement, paid out in one lump sum. Applicant must sign a Service Agreement from the date of appointment.** Must be able to satisfactorily complete a Tier 1 Investigation. Subject to an irregular tour of duty to include nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical Must be able to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate and/or complete food handler's training.

Major Duties

Operates full-service coffee bar. Prepares a wide range of drinks including but not limited to; lattes, espresso, Americana, and cappuccinos by selecting the proper grind of coffee shot and following set recipes for each individual variation of drink. Prepares, heats, and serves made-to-order food menu items such as but not limited to: paninis, baguettes, hot dogs, and sandwiches while following all food handling requirements. Must be able to follow basic cappuccino requirement of each type of drink including but not limited to; preheating the portafilter, knowing the difference in grinds of coffee, knowing how long should a shot take to brew into a cup, preheating the cup, how to "pull' and "tamp" in to the portafilter, difference in frothing and steaming milk, and able to know difference and relay information to customers on the difference in drink choices. Performs receiving and disbursing cashier duties. Sets up cappuccino bar for operation and obtains cash bank. Prepares documentation for cash funds accountability. Maintains area to ensure that it is neat and clean. Cleans work surface /area and bar equipment and utensils. Collects and transfers trash form work area to disposal area. Stocks service bars and assists supervisor on duty if necessary. Sets up and maintains work area in a neat and clean manner. Operates dishwasher; scrapes, soaks, scours dishes and utensils. Performs heavy duty cleaning tasks as required in the work area (floors, walls, ceilings) and on/under/behind equipment including coffee machines and refrigerators. Performs and/or assists other recreation assistants or specialists in the operation and maintenance of the Bowling Center. Types of duties include but are not limited to the following: Sets up recreation areas for scheduled activities; records attendance; assigns lanes; arranges for bowling rentals, charging them out to participants, and checking them for condition on their return.
