Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Force Management Specialist, providing support to the Deputy Chief of Staff for Warfighter Communications and Cyberspace Systems (AF/A6) on all aspects of career field management for Cyberspace career fields.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and conducts detailed workforce analyses, career path reviews, and utilization studies to support strategic workforce shaping decisions for the Cyberspace career field including civilian versus military comparability studies, officer utilization reviews, and workforce projections in response to external decisions relating to programmed downsizing, streamlining, restructuring, insourcing and outsourcing.
Serves as an Action Officer for the development and execution of strategies. Functional Workforce Assessment and Reports. Reviews reports, AFIs, studies and directives and identifies changes that need to be made to policies and procedures.
