You will serve as a Foreman I Facilities Maintenance Leader with Bureau of Reclamation. Duty Location: Yuma, Arizona
Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following: Directs and oversees electrical maintenance personnel, assigning work, coordinating resources, monitoring quality, and ensuring schedules and procedures are met. Leads maintenance activities throughout water-related facilities and administrative buildings, troubleshooting, installing, operating, and testing complex electronic and electrical systems. Maintains UHF/VHF radio, RF, telemetry, PLC, SCADA, computer/LAN, telecommunications, security, fire alarm, and flow-metering systems. Installs, modifies, tests, and maintains medium- and low-voltage electrical distribution systems and associated power, control, communications, SCADA, and alarm equipment. Develops electrical drawings, layouts, material requirements, and procurement needs; prepares as-built documentation for new and modified systems. Troubleshoots and repairs lighting, heating/refrigeration equipment, motors, generators, control panels, relays, switches, circuit breakers, and related components. Maintains required maintenance records, reports, and system updates in MAXIMO and other management programs. Trains and monitors shop personnel on safe work practices while ensuring compliance with Federal, state, and Reclamation safety requirements.
