About the Position: This position works under the general supervision of the District Counsel as an Assistant District Counsel. Assignments could be in any number of practice areas, including contract and procurement law, litigation, labor/personnel law, civil works, real estate, environmental, tort/admiralty fiscal, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare legal opinions, or other legal instruments, and render advice to clients on matters which require for their solution a high order of original and creative legal endeavor in order to obtain a reasonable balance of conflicting interests.

FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
