Performs operational analyses and/or engineering activities to determine the technical needs of customers in the assessment, development, or sustainment of infrastructure, weapon systems, or support systems.
Conducting extensive research for the development of in-depth survivability and endurability assessments of all critical elements of Joint Staff designated missions against the effects from nuclear weapons detonations, advanced technology weapons, and other electronic and radiological threats worldwide.
Performs complex and comprehensive analyses and uses systematic, disciplined, and quantifiable approaches to implement, develop, and document assessments and to ascertain needed changes or modifications to tactics, techniques, and procedures. Plans, researches, conducts studies, develops, and documents operational requirements for ICSECAP collection and analysis.
Plans, analyzes, coordinates and executes command mission requirements, changes, technology, and resource allocation.
