Job Summary
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range & Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) in DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

Develop and maintain installation planning documents, project concepts, and preliminary design documents for the installation Master Plan.
