Serves as an engineering specialist in the Logistics and Engineering Group, Facilities Sustainment Division, providing maintenance and repair solutions for facility deficiencies Provides technical expertise and consulting services to DeCA staff; commissary store managers and base/installation engineering personnel on all engineering matters related to the maintenance, repair and construction of commissary facilities.
As a General Engineer you will be responsible for the following duties: Lead Agency-Level Engineering Programs Develop and Govern Contracting & Service Procedures Provide Technical Consulting and Policy Interpretation (DeCA Advisor) Advance Engineering Practices Through Research & Innovation Support Planning, Programming, Design & Construction Oversee Project Execution, Quality, Budget & Schedule Coordinate with Internal & External Stakeholders Read the entire announcement before starting the application process.
