Review all plans for modification or construction of the facilities for quality control and to ensure compliance with the agency policies, and federal codes and standards. Provide support for construction activities and is responsible for the professional integrity of projects and ensuring project design and installation meet established cost, schedule, quality, and performance requirements.

Responsible for the application, design, construction, repair, and maintenance of the electrical distribution systems within the facility, including all emergency power systems and subsystems. Oversee, direct, and administer the program, including, but not limited to strategic planning, budget, project development, design, construction, repair/rehab, and maintenance for the building and site; also, project development, design, implementation, evaluation, close-out duties.
