This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range & Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) in the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is located at Pine Bluff, AR serving as Project Manager and lead designer/coordinator for the Pine Bluff Arsenal administrative, industrial and storage complexes.
Oversees project designs for ammunition and chemical pyrotechnics production and storage, chemical defense equipment manufacturing, and base renovations.
