Job Summary
This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Center for Program Integrity, Center for Program Integrity (CPI), Division of Stakeholder Engagement & Outreach (DSEO).
As a Health Insurance Specialist, GS-0107-13, you will perform assignments associated with education, outreach, and customer service aimed at private health insurance consumers, beneficiary/provider and interest groups, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provides consultative and advisory services to management in matters pertaining to areas of responsibility and identifies and resolves or refers significant or precedent-setting issues and problems to management.
