Join the Indian Health Service team at the Great Plains Area Drug Dependency Unit (GPADDU) in Winnebago, NE. Serve as the Chief Executive Officer, leading a multidisciplinary team and guiding residential substance use disorder treatment services to support quality care and positive outcomes for the communities we serve. Develops and implements long- and short-term plans, policy priorities, and program objectives to support the effective delivery of residential treatment services. Directs and coordinates program operations, multidisciplinary services, and resources to ensure effective and responsive service delivery.
Provides administrative and management direction to multidisciplinary staff, including establishing priorities, assigning work, evaluating performance, and addressing personnel and operational issues. Evaluates program operations and implements quality improvement activities to improve program outcomes and service delivery. Ensures program operations and services comply with applicable regulatory, accreditation, policy, cost, and quality requirements.
