This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serve as administrative and technical expert for two Health Systems that manage and direct administrative operations and programs, analysis, and evaluation functions for the Forensic Toxicology Drug Testing Laboratory (FTDTL).
This position is located in Fort Meade, MD.
