This position is a Health Technician for the Public Health Nursing Department located at the Uintah & Ouray Service Unit in Fort Duchesne, UT. This position is a clerical position and provides assistance with program planning and development and assists with community activities, by planning events, scheduling and participating in Public Health Nursing (PHN) activities. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).

Provide full spectrum clerical and technical support to the Nursing Staff. Support the medical administration by maintaining, ordering, stocking patient education material and prepare equipment requisitions.
Track, manage and submit reports from various electronic health record sources for the Nursing Division to the Nurse Executive. Help coordinate and plan Community Health activities for the Public Health Nursing program.
