The primary purpose of this position is to leads a crew in performing inspections of completed repair work accomplished on vehicles by Heavy Mobile Equipment and Automotive Mechanics to determine that the physical and operating characteristics are within acceptable standards, specifications, or other requirements; certifies that vehicles are ready to be returned to use.

Key Responsibilities

- Trains customer service technicians/mechanics in all aspects of their job. - Accomplishes quality assurance inspections on completed repairs of heavy mobile and general purpose vehicles to ensure repairs have been done correctly including all annual and scheduled inspections and brake related repairs to prevent any safety problems and need for recurring maintenance/repairs.

- Debriefs customers/vehicle operators and performs incoming inspections on special purpose type vehicles and equipment as well as on general purpose vehicles. - Establishes and maintains good working relationships. - Performs heavy mobile equipment and automotive mechanic work including troubleshooting malfunctions.
