The primary purpose of this position is to exercise technical and administrative supervision directly over subordinate workers in accomplishing trades and labor work of overhead and underground high voltage electrical distribution systems, industrial electric facility power and lighting systems, and airfield lighting systems; and indirectly exercise technical.

- Performs work planning responsibilities. - Performs work direction responsibilities. - Performs administration responsibilities. - Applies Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)/Equal Opportunity Treatment (EOT) principles and requirements to all personnel management actions and decisions, and ensures all personnel are treated in a manner free of discrimination.
- Ensures education in, compliance with, and practice of security directives, good safety, and health habits in all work areas. Designs, plans, lays out work from electrical, electronic block diagrams, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical order. Reviews work order requirements reflecting systems to be overhauled, repaired, fabricated, and/or modified.
