The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as the installation Housing Element Chief and Asset Manager with responsibility for managing the technical and administrative operations of the element for privatized housing, unaccompanied housing, and furnishings management programs.
Key Responsibilities
Serves as the asset manager at the installation to ensure the health of the privatized housing program. Directs and administers a complex housing program. Administers the financial management program for the housing privatization project. Directs, organizes and plans the activities of the organization for Unaccompanied Housing (UH), Furnishings Management Operations (FMO), and Housing Relocation and Referral Services.
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
