The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to one of three operating locations for the Housing Management Section, Installation Management Flight.
Key Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Housing Management Office, ensuring that housing management complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the Civil Engineer Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Directs and administers a complex housing program.
Directs, organizes and plans the activities of the organization for Unaccompanied Housing (UH), Furnishings Management Operations (FMO), and Housing Relocation and Referral Services.
This position is with Air Education and Training Command, Department of the Air Force.
