About the Position: Serves as the Chief of the Military and Civilian Personnel Services Division, USFK, J1. In this capacity, the incumbent directs, supervises, and develops the essential plans, programs, and policies required to manage personnel services, policy integration, and program elements in support of the U.S. Forces Korea mission.
Develops comprehensive human resource policies, workforcedevelopment programs, and strategies to accomplish the command’s mission and support USFK’smilitary and civilian personnel.
