Job Summary
THIS IS A TITLE 32 DUAL STATUS POSITION DUTY LOCATION: 103d Force Support Squadron (FSS), East Granby, CT AREA(S) OF CONSIDERATION: Area 1: All currently employed full-time permanent and indefinite personnel of the CTANG. Area 2: All currently employed full-time temporary technician personnel and all current traditional members of the CTANG.
Key Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY: The purpose of this position is to administer and accomplish functions of one or more of the following human resources programs: Career Enhancements, Customer Service, Employments, Relocations, and/or Readiness. NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED. This is an excepted position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the Connecticut Air National Guard.
The major duties include, but are not limited to: Serves as advisor to commanders on assigned unit human resources (HR) programs. Plans, directs, controls and provides advisory services on all aspects of the Career Enhancement program for both Active Guard Reserve (AGR), unit drill status guardsmen, full time technicians and potential members. Plans, directs, and controls all aspects of the Customer Service Program.
Plans, directs, and controls all aspects of the human resources employment program. Plans, directs, and controls all aspects of the Relocation program for all members.
