This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Human Capital,Workforce Management Group (WMG). As a Human Resource Specialist ( Employee Relations & Labor Relations), GS-0201-13, is responsible for providing opinions on the full range of HR management issues, with a particular emphasis on labor and employee-management relations.
Advising managers on complex employee relations matters by interpreting policies, procedures, laws, and regulations involving conduct, performance, grievances, appeals, and time and leave issues.
