This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Human Capital (OHC), Workforce Management Group (WMG), Division of Workforce Compliance (DWC). As a Human Resource Specialist (Employee Relations & Labor Relations), GS-0201-12, you will provide a full range of personnel management services, including management advisory services, in the areas of employee and/or labor relations.
Serves as a technical expert on employee conduct and performance issues. Administers and implements employee relations and labor relations programs. Advises management on policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and compliance with the CMS Collective Bargaining Agreement. Develops and reviews Agency-wide policies, procedures, and guidelines.
