About the Position: Incumbent coordinates and administers civilian personnel programs affecting Defense Health Agency (DHA) civilian employees and serves as the principal liaison between management officials, employees, MTF leadership, DHA and HR representatives This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
