Job Summary

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPEC (EMPL REL/LABOR RELATIONS) in the HUMAN RESOURCES & ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT BRANCH of HQ US MARINE CORPS.

Key Responsibilities

You will serve as an on site consultant to commands by performing various labor and intertwined employee relations services at the local level to meet immediate and long-range needs of commands serviced.

Requirements & Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: GS-09 Master's or equivalent graduate degree OR 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related GS-11 Ph.D.
