Job Summary
This position is part of the Personnel Readiness Management Agency (Defense Human Resources Activity ). The incumbent will be responsible for providing corporate level leadership in human resources management.
Key Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Specialist at the GS-0201-14 some of your typical work assignments may include: Serves as senior Human Resources (HR) advisor to the DCPAS Technical Director and executive leadership, executing multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously; routinely navigates fluctuating workloads and prioritizes tasks to consistently meet rigorous schedule and mission requirements.
Utilizing leadership, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills to develop or review written HR project and communication plans; monitor progress toward meeting established deadlines and objectives; and ensure high-quality final oral and written HR work products. Provides expert consultation on comprehensive policy analyses of statutes, regulations, case law, and government-wide and DoW policies, of a complex and precedent-setting nature.

Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
