The primary purpose of this position is to deliver MAJCOM level human resources data policy, planning, resourcing and services that enhance HQ AFMC and six Centers' ability to support the warfighter. Provide expert personnel management advisory service in a wide range of human resources management (HRM) for data automation and reporting.
Serves as the HQ AFMC technical advisor for human resources information data automation and reporting. Designs, researches, and conducts complex, major developmental studies for high visibility HR information data products that require unusual urgency or critical issues which require application of the full range of advanced techniques. Performs program evaluation of a full range of HR programs at command and wing/installation level and develops and executes improvement/enhancement plans as they apply to data automation and reporting. Conducts, leads, and/or participates in studies to improve data analytic capabilities and/or influence policy changes for the MAJCOM that typically involve long-range, highly complex, and often politically sensitive topics. Prepares and delivers written reports and oral presentations, e.g., briefings, training sessions, consultations, orientations, and discussions with command leadership, supervisors, customers, and co-workers and conducts or leads conferences as representative of the command.
