Job Summary

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (LABOR RELATIONS/EMPLOYEE RELATIONS) in the Labor and Employee Relations (LER) Department of COMPACFLT HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE.

Key Responsibilities

You will conduct comprehensive investigations and detailed fact-finding, analyze evidence, and draft proposals and final decisions for major adverse actions (e.g., suspensions, demotions, removals).

Requirements & Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: GS-11 Grade level Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR Possession of an LL.M. that is related to this position being filled.
