As a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY), GS-0201-9, you will: The organizational location of the position is in the Joint Force Headquarters-State (JFHQ-State) G1 Military Personnel Office under the Incentives Program. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Incentives Specialist reporting to the State Incentives Manager.
The incumbent assists in carrying out Army National Guard (ARNG) Select Reserve Incentive Policy (SRIP), Army Medical Detachment Incentives Policy (AMEDD), Student and Chaplain Loan Repayment Program (SLRP, CLRP), and Blended Retirement System-Continuation Pay (BRS-CP), for Officer, Warrant Officer, Enlisted personnel.

Substitution of Education for Specialized Experience: master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related
