The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the senior technical advisor providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to Headquarters Air Reserve Personnel Center (HQ ARPC), Points Management Branch (DPTSP).
Provides senior technical and expert advice and guidance on Air Force Reserves and Guard (AGR) Points Accounting and Accreditation and Point Credit Accounting and Reporting System (PCARS) Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Points Management Branch, ensuring that Points and Service Accounting and Crediting complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents ARPC and Air Reserve Component (ARC) with a variety of AFRes and ANG organizations.
