Key Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Human Resources Specialist, you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by: Processing personnel actions and performs quality review services, payroll and compensation actions, debt resolution, data-integrity quality reviews, and corrective actions.

Applying knowledge of pay administration policies, principles, and practices under Title 5 and other statutes and legal authorities to compensation matters such as pay retention, highest previous rate, special salary rates, locality pay, pay limitations, overtime, and overpayments. Providing assistance to Senior HR Specialists and internal customers concerning personnel actions and ServiceNow tickets

Requirements & Education

Foreign Education: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show that the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
