As a Human Resources Specialist, you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by: Providing support in the processing of HR requests of a routine and recurring nature; assisting with fact-finding and gathers relevant information needed to process requests; and assisting in requesting, reviewing, and organizing supporting documentation for completeness and alignment with policies and procedures.
Processing requests "in accordance with established procedures and timelines" and reviews documentation for alignment with applicable policies and procedures.
Communicating with employees, applicants, managers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to obtain information; responding to inquiries concerning HR processes, policies, and procedures; and providing employees and managers with general information on routine HR processes, documentation requirements, and available resources.
