Job Summary

You will serve as a HR SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT/CLASSIFICATION) in the Human Resource Office, Staffing and Classification Branch of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA.

Key Responsibilities

You will serve as a Command Advisor to recruit, hire and assist in shaping NAVSUP workforce.

Requirements & Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: GS-11 SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE: Applicants may substitute the following education for the required experience, provided it demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the work of the position: possess a Ph.D.

or equivalent doctoral degree, LL.M, or have completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate level education leading to such a degree. One year of full-time graduate education is considered to be the number of credit hours that the school attended has determined to represent 1 year of full-time study. If that information cannot be obtained from the school, 18 semester hours should be considered as satisfying the 1 year of full-time study requirement.

GS-11 COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Combinations of successfully completed graduate education and experience may be used to meet total qualification requirements.
