Job Summary

You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment & Classification) in the Human Resources Division of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA.

Key Responsibilities

You will work with the management to design, develop, implement and track both activity and HR strategic/business plans to recruit, develop and retain the talent needed to accomplish the assigned mission.

Requirements & Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: GS-11 SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education. For GS-12, there is no option to substitute education.
