The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment & Placement) with responsibility for planning, developing and carrying out full range of recruitment, placement, and related management advisory services for HQ ACC Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) positions Command wide. **Salary ranges include local market supplements.**

Key Responsibilities

Provides recruitment and placement services to assigned organizations. Provides recruitment and placement, and affirmative employment advisory services. Administers the Command's DCIPS overseas entitlements program.

Counsels employees that are PCSing or deploying to overseas locations, makes determinations of eligibility and computes allowances on the basis of specific information available in each case in accordance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and policy statements. Leads or participates in special initiatives, studies and projects, and affirmative employment activities. Prepares written correspondence and other documents.

Writes a variety of documents to include items for newsletters, responses to Congressional Inquiries, reports of special studies, scripts for briefings, letters responding to inquiries from employees and other customers, and supplements to regulations and directives.
