Job Summary
This position is located in the Department of War Office of Inspector General (DoW OIG), Mission Support. The incumbent is responsible for workforce program design, including policy and operations for planning, evaluations, and workforce management to meet OIG mission critical requirements. The incumbent is responsible for oversight of data analysis and reporting; position/billet control; advise management; and associated policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Direct the development, publication, and communication of the workforce plan, and advise senior OIG leaders (IG, PDIG, DIGs) on workforce planning requirements.

Education cannot be substituted for experience at this grade level.
