A successful candidate in the Industrial Engineer position will serve as an industrial engineer responsible for modeling and evaluating resource demand and capacity planning.
As an Industrial Engineer, you will: Design and maintain the resource demand and capacity model to support Transmission Services resource and capacity planning decision-making processes. Develop theoretical demand and capacity models to identify and design efficient demand and capacity planning approaches. Prepare and delivers proposals and recommendations to optimize demand and capacity planning processes and systems.
Identify and analyze demand and capacity planning drivers to continuously improve forecasting models and techniques. Retrieve and aggregates information and data to optimize resource utilization and planning models. Study work and production methods, tests modifications, and designs and proposes new methods and processes to improve resource and capacity planning systems.
