About the Position: The Information Operations Planner (Psychological Operations (PSYOP)), GS-0301-12, for the US European Command (USEUCOM) J39 Information Operations and Special Activities Division within the Operations Directorate in Stuttgart, Germany.
The incumbent is responsible for managing, directing, coordinating, and synchronizing all command PSYOP and operational assessments, incorporating them into the operational information environment, command plans, and joint/combined exercises.
Formulates and integrates Information Operations (IO) and Psychological Operations (PSYOP) policies, plans, and capabilities into theater contingency operations, crisis action response plans, and deliberate joint campaign documents.
