Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Program and Project Manager/ Action Officer responsible for the full life cycle of Information Technology (IT) initiatives supporting Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversees information technology requirements in support of USAFE-AFAFRICA's ISR priorities. 2. Serves as a Senior IT project manager supporting A2 priorities. 3. Coordinates with program and project managers across the MAJCOM and within other external organizations and agencies in developing, operating, and modifying policies to ensure systems requirements meets mission requirements. 4.
Leads continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize the branch's business processes related to mission knowledge, information management, and situational awareness.
Requirements & Education
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This position is a Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel Systems (DCIPS) position implemented under Section 504, Title V of Public Law 99-569, Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1987, as codified in Sec 1601, Chap 83 of Title 10 United States Code which sets forth Air Force policies and procedures for DCIPS. This position is in the Excepted Service.
