Job Summary

The Office of Information Technology is seeking an IT Specialist (INFOSEC) (Infrastructure Support Services (ISS) Program Manager). In this role, you will lead one of SEC's largest contracts providing customer support, endpoint management, and network & infrastructure operations to drive strategy, delivery, security, and contractor oversight.

You will be serving as the primary COR responsible for managing roadmaps, budgets, requirements, resolving incidents and audits, and reporting outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

In this role as an Infrastructure Services Support (ISS) Program Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading the ISS program across service desk, end-user tech, AV/VTC, network, M365, infrastructure/cloud, storage, IAM, and asset management. Setting program vision, goals, and multiyear roadmap; maintaining the Program Management Plan, integrated schedule, and performance indicators.

Prioritizing service delivery; managing schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies; resolving competing demands using performance data. Driving integrated program reviews, post-incident remediation, and audit/OIG coordination; reporting program health to leadership. Identifying and validating mission needs; mapping proposals to architecture, security, funding, and expected outcomes.

Developing acquisition-ready requirements and artifacts (PWS, QASP, IGCE, evaluation criteria, options/mods, acceptance criteria). Coordinating with stakeholders to analyze alternatives and lifecycle impacts; maintaining requirements traceability and backlog prioritization. Serving as COR under CO designation; executing the QASP; monitoring contractor performance against PWS, SLAs, milestones, and staffing.

Inspecting and accepting/rejecting deliverables; reviewing invoices; tracking burn rates, ceilings, and risks; maintaining an audit-ready COR file. Integrating security and privacy into planning and operations; coordinating incident response and FISMA/NIST/SEC assessments.
